Hi, I’m Rachel. I offer trauma-informed telehealth counseling for women in Vermont and affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you.
My approach is integrative and process-based, meaning our work is shaped around your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship stress, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
Practical Details
Individual telehealth sessions are 50 minutes and $125 per session.
